Solskjaer is ready to forgive players for their shortcomings

Solskjaer is ready to forgive players for their shortcomings if they fight for the club and place in the squad

Manchester United have completed their first signing of the current transfer window and Donnie van de Beck officially joined the team earlier this week.

Apparently, the Red Devils have put “a lot of due diligence” on the Dutchman to make sure he is the player Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants at the club.

According to The Athletic, the Norwegian is keen to instill a culture at Old Trafford in which players compete for a place in the squad and the desire to wear a United jersey.

The manager is said to be willing to ignore certain flaws as long as the player is “hungry, talented, and eager to learn.” It is believed that the 47-year-old manager has the final say on any transfers.
