NUP supporters swim through a swamp in Mayuge after security operatives blocked the road in attempt to stop them from joining Bobi Wine’s procession.

The Kyadondo East MP had just addressed a rally where he pledged to review sugarcane prices and champion land reforms in Busoga sub region if he becomes president.
After his speech at the organised near NUP office in Mayuge, Bobi Wine headed to Iganga followed by large crowds whom the security operatives started fighting with through firing live bullets and throwing tear gas canisters.
While blocking them to join the convoy of Mr. Kyagulanyi, some decided to use the near by swamp to invade the police deployments on the road.
