It has become an act for men in uniform to fire live bullets and tear gas mainly to the opposition candidates with an aim of dispersing their supporters.
Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Robert a presidential candidate has condemned the acts which are done by the police especially during this election time.
Through a public post on his facebook page, Bobi Wine stated ” You can imagine! Some of our brothers and sisters in uniform have been trained to view the opposition as rebels or terrorists! These too, need redemption. #weareremovingadictator”
Police has been using alot of powers towards the opposition candidates most especially on Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu.
