Ahead of Tuesday’s clash United are set to field a strong lineup because it’s going to be a very tough encounter. However Edinson Cavani and Harry Maguire didn’t travel with the Man United squad to Paris. Cavani didn’t arrive for flight and the Red devils staff were not expecting him.
New signing Facundo Pellistri has also travelled with the first team.
The reason for Cavani and Maguire missing to travel has yet been revealed. For Cavani I may say it’s due to match fitness. Cavani has only trained twice with United and he may take some time to regain match fitness because he has not been playing for the last 7 months.
Confirme Manchester United squad members against PSG:
De Gea, Henderson, AWB, Fosu Mensah, Tuanzebe, Lindelof, Shaw, Telles, Williams, Pogba, Mctominay, Fernandes, Fred, Matic, VDB, Pellistri, James, Rashford,Martial and Ighalo.
The Club will release an official statement as to why the two didn’t travel and if i get the official statement I’ll update you.
Remember we will appreciate your feedback.
