Losia Paul was the Headteacher of Kasimeri primary school located in Moroto but he has now been forced out of home onto the street after failing to get his pension.
Many Ugandans have been left in shock including the National Unity President(NUP) Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi and this has been his reaction
