Jose Chameleone kickedmoff his digital campaign and he is spitting where ever he goes, the singer has expressed his disappointment in the Elias Lukwago term saying he has done nothing for the city but rather he has wasted all his time in chaos
According to Chameleone, Lukwago the reigning mayor has done more harm than good and it’s time for Kampala people to get what they deserve.
“I am coming to o do more actions than talking, we are tired of Lukwago full of complaints and words but no actions, I have moved around the world and I have seen alot of cities, I have copied and I am ready to implement what I have learnt from the other countries” – Chameleone said
