Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has allayed claims that he abrogated a responsibility he took to clear the medical bill of Felix Orinda alias DJ Evolve. Babu who is facing charges of shooting the youthful DJ at a high-end city club said he settled the medical bill to a tune of KSh 17 million.
In a phone interview with fremermedia.net , the lawmaker said he was disturbed by the misleading information being spread on social media by people who were not privy to the matter. “I sorted his (DJ Evolve) bill of KSh 17 million and that is why the hospital allowed him to be discharged, he won’t have been discharged without the bill being sorted,” Babu said.
