11 Ugandans named on 200 most influential women in Africa on Twitter
Women in Africa released its list of the 200 most influential African Women on Twitter that has seen a number of women from across Africa named.
It cuts all the way from entertainment, politics, entrepreneurship, technology, beauty, and media among others.
Several Uganda women featured on the list securing more than ten spots.
Minister of Health Hon. Jane Ruth Aceng opened up for Uganda at number 64; Speaker of parliament, the right honourable Rebbeca Kadaga followed at 80; Then the permanent secretary ministry of health Dr. Diana Atwine came through at number 84.
Media personality Flavia Tumusiime didn’t miss, she scooped the 88th position. Lydna Ddane came through at 89; Joyce Baagala and Mable Twegumye Zaake also featured prominently.
Also, Twitter users Grace Natabaalo, Ka Malaika, Sheilah Gashumba and Evelyn Namara also represented the girl child.
