Taata Sam And 20 Others Sue Digida FM Management Over Wrongful Dismissal
Sunday Robert alias Taata Sam, a renowned comedian is nursing a broken heart with twenty other workers of Digida FM after they were allegedly wrongfully dismissed from the station. The employees of the radio station are up in arms against their boss a one Segawa Ronald Gyagenda over failure to clear their wages.
The employees also demand more than 148 million shillings over wrongful dismissal. This comes after the Bukoto based radio station was sold to a new proprietor which left the workmates stranded and their contractual rights hugely violated.

Through their lawyers Kigenyi-Opira &CO Advocates the employees give their former employer a three days ultimatum after which they will run to courts of law of their demands are not met.
