NIGERIA PRESIDENT PAYS TRIBUTE TO THE LATE CÔTE D’IVOIRE PRIME MINISTER.

The Nigeria President, Muhammadu Buhari, 77, has mourned to the sadden death of Côte d’Ivoire Prime Minister Amadou Gon Coulibaly, 61, who died on Wednesday, 8th following a Cabinet meeting.

On his Twitter account, President Buhari has shown sorrowful pain and tribute to the uncertainty death of Côte d’Ivoire Prime Minister.

“I mourn the death of Prime Minister Amadou Gon Coulibaly of Côte d’Ivoire. His passing has left a void not only in the country, but also in West Africa, which looked up to him as an emerging leader for these times.” Tweeted.

Prime Minister, Amadou Gon Coulibaly’s death was announced on Wednesday afternoon after a Cabinet meeting where he participated in sharing ideas and right now the cause of the death has not been yet cleared.

President Buhari also magnifies that, his leadership, political and business acumen, working in support of President Ouattara, epitomize the success story of the economy and the return of peace and stability after the crises Côte d’Ivoire passed through.

“Deepest Condolences to President Ouattara and the government and people of Côte d’Ivoire. May God bless the soul of the departed leader and further unify the country and its people.” Buhari posted.

President, Alassane Ouattara, 71, pad his tribute to the late and colleague yesterday Wednesday first in a message as he called “My little brother, my son,” and later posted “He embodied this young generation of Ivorians of great skill and extreme loyalty to the nation.”

Coulibaly has been a presidential Candidate for the 2020 elections after been picked by the President Ouattara to run for President since he (Ouattara) had put down interest in running for President in this forth coming term.
