Saudi Arabia ministry of health announced 1,325 new Covid-19 coronavirus cases and 169 recoveries on Wednesday .
Most cases were reported in Makkah (356), followed by Riyadh (203), Madinah (225) and Jeddah (224).
With this, the total number of cases in the Saudi now stands at 21,402, recoveries stand at 2,953. Deaths from infections now stand at 157, including 5 deaths reported today.
