While addressing media press at Naguru in Kampala police spokesperson Fred Enanga pointed out that one of the incidents occurred in Kasese district where a woman identified as Panje Mbambe drowned in Nyamugesera stream as she was heading to her home .
“ she died while trying to cross an over flooded stream,” he said.
